Stacy Bauman brings organization, precision and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to every client engagement. She specializes in business operations, project management and workflow coordination, helping teams navigate complex priorities, manage moving pieces and deliver exceptional client experiences. Her ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments keeps projects moving forward while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Before joining Storia Strategies, Stacy built a career spanning sports journalism, public relations, nonprofit leadership and event management. That diverse background gives her a unique perspective on managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting high-profile initiatives with both strategic thinking and operational excellence.

Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, Stacy works behind the scenes to create the systems, processes and project plans that allow creative ideas to become successful outcomes. Whether coordinating timelines, managing logistics or streamlining operations, she helps clients and teams stay focused, organized and positioned for success.

Stacy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Emmy Hadley specializes in helping organizations build authentic brands through thoughtful storytelling, strategic content and engaging digital communications. With experience spanning corporate communications, social media strategy, marketing and creative production, she helps clients connect with audiences in ways that feel genuine, relevant and memorable.

Before joining Storia Strategies, Emmy partnered with startups and small businesses as a freelance communications consultant, developing brand messaging, digital content and social media strategies that strengthened their online presence. Her experience also includes leadership roles in the performing arts, where she combined creative direction with organizational leadership and audience engagement.

In addition to her work with Storia Strategies, Emmy serves as Director of Choreography for Stage Right Performing Arts. She previously toured nationally with DanceOut National Dance Competition, where she advanced from Lead Adjudicator to Tour Director, overseeing event operations while leading the organization's social media strategy and content development.

Emmy earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Leadership from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.

Jessica Palm is founder and CEO of Storia Strategies, where she advises executives, founders and organizations on the communications decisions that shape reputations, strengthen brands and build trust. With nearly two decades of experience spanning integrated marketing, executive communications and public relations, she helps leaders turn complex business priorities into narratives that drive action.

Before launching Storia Strategies, Jessica spent nearly 15 years with the Kansas City Area Development Council, one of the nation's leading economic development organizations. As Vice President of Marketing and PR, she led communications for many of the region's most significant business and civic milestones, including Meta, Google, Panasonic, FIFA World Cup 2026 Kansas City, KCI's new single-terminal airport and the opening of the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.

Jessica's perspective on strategic communications and brand building has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company and Business Insider. A Kansas City native, she serves on multiple nonprofit boards and remains actively involved in regional civic and economic development efforts.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication with a minor in Business from the University of Kansas.
